Coverage Details

Towing Services

When you need a tow, we’ll get your RV safely to the nearest qualified repair center or an alternative facility of your choice (if equidistant from your current location).

Eligibility: Coverage applies during emergency roadside incidents or mechanical breakdowns, including within campgrounds and RV parks.

Battery Service

RV battery jumpstarts and minor emergency adjustments provided directly at your location.

Fluid delivery

Emergency delivery of essential fluids—gasoline, diesel, diesel exhaust fluid (DEF), oil, water—when you need them most.

Lockout & Lock Assistance

Assistance for lockouts, lost keys, or unlocking your RV. If you’re locked out, a professional locksmith will assist you promptly.

Key Replacement

Replacement coverage for lost keys or key fobs (limited to once per year).

Mobile Mechanic Services

A qualified mobile mechanic will come directly to your location to perform repairs on your RV.

Your Outdoors RV Mfg includes roadside assistance coverage for one year from the date of purchase. If a roadside-related issue comes up, The Happy Camper helps coordinate the assistance needed to get things moving again.

Is this included with my RV purchase or do I need to enroll?

Coverage is included at no cost for the first year after purchase, but enrollment is required to activate the experience. To enroll:

  1. Download the Outdoors Customer Care app
  2. Create an account
  3. Register using the RV’s VIN

What information do I need when calling?

Having the following ready helps confirm eligibility and speeds up support:

  • VIN
  • Name (registered owner)
